this registry should be called Credential Format Registry

why is this registry called Claim Format Registry? Despite some original pushback, "decentralized identity community" had re-defined a term "Credential" to contain claim-set about the End-User, and terminology sticked. why revert to claims now? this is a source of confusion.

that is unfortunate. can you please add text that claims terminology used in PE maps to credential in other documents.
