https://api.decred.org/?c=gsd returns software version for dcrstakepool instances. Returning the same for vspds would be helpful to track which are upgraded, e.g. like it is done here.

Individual vspds already report this in api/v3/vspinfo vspdversion field, but getting all at once from gsd would be much easier.

Similar to #142.
