hello, thank you for releasing this incredible book and for all of the code! it'd be help greatly if the LUNA dataset could be made available on a public s3 or GCS bucket, so we can read data directly from the bucket without having to separately download it, thank you.

I think the license (CC-BY 4.0) allows it... but I would not know about the cost.
