What problem are we trying to solve?:

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
deeppavlov 1.6.0 requires numpy<1.24, but you have numpy 1.26.4 which is incompatible.

How can we solve it?:

upgrade the package as per the latest dependency numpy package

Are there other issues that block this solution?:

other packages making this issue, not to install
