The webhook does not work

I made a bot and added it to the site. I also registered the webhook. I also added a channel.
Now, when I type /chatid in the bot, nothing comes back. The site is HTTPS and is in production mode. I also enabled debugging in the config and change to true all security settings for an unknown chat. , but I don't see any errors in laravel.log. It is not clear where the log of this package is stored.
Please help me. The document is very brief and there are no practical examples.

I noticed that the route name starts with telegraph and since my site is multilingual and it adds the locale to the beginning, there was a problem I excluded this address and it was fixed.
