Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Based on this blog post the execution order on plugins, 0 or 1, changes if plugins should run first of if synchrunous workflows should be run first. XrmMockup does not consider this an runs plugins first. regardless of execution order.

Describe the solution you'd like
Update XrmMockup to be aware of execution order on plugins in relation to sync-workflows
