Make some glyphs bigger to the same size of other ones

Some glyphs were smaller then others. See #54 for the detail.

Update the latest binary of SF Mono

The version number and glyphs included are not changed, but the hash differs.

Use Python 3.9 to build

Now Homebrew's fontforge has its lib for Python 3.9.
