Hello,
I am trying to use this library for a school project however after downloading the pre-compiled deno.exe in the deno-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.zip file from the Releases tab for release 1.39.4 and setting vscode up to use this exe to run deno language server, the application was immediately marked for quarantine and removed from my filesystem. Is this an issue with the vscode extension, or a mis-configuration on my end for the deno library? Attached you will find a screenshot of the information windows reported alongside the probably useless error from vscode.
