Does expandGlob work with partial directory names?

Things like Foo*/Bar/*.txt seem to only walk over a folder Foo, but not a folder FooBaz using a simple for look like for await (const entry of fs.expandGlob("Foo*/Bar/*.txt", { root: ".", extended: true, globstar: true })) in my testing.

Is this expected behavior, or did I mess somewhere up?
