plugin throws error when trying to install

I've installed Mantis V2.24..1
When I try to install the plugin it throws the following error:

APPLICATION WARNING #2400

Event "EVENT_VIEW_BUG_AFTER_USERS" has not yet been declared. (in 'C:\xampp\htdocs\mantisbt\core\event_api.php' line 96)

Please use the "Back" button in your web browser to return to the previous page. There you can correct whatever problems were identified in this error or select another action. You can also click an option from the menu bar to go directly to a new section.

We no use EVENT_VIEW_BUG_AFTER_USERS hook.
And i install 2.24.4 and enable plugin:

May be you need to upgrade?

Version 2.24.1 also working fine
