New Collaboration Cycle Request template launched 5/26

In order to improve tracking, status and visibility of initiatives that are going through the Collaboration Cycle, Governance team has launched the Collaboration Cycle Request template, available from our Collaboration Cycle Kickoff page on Platform Website.

The Collaboration Cycle Request template in github replaces the Collaboration Cycle Kickoff template, Design Intent template, Midpoint Review template and Staging Review template. VFS teams will now use the Collaboration Cycle Request template throughout their product/features journey through the Collaboration Cycle. This will make viewing artifacts, feedback, meeting recordings, meeting dates, etc. much easier to track for both Governance team and VFS teams.

The Collaboration Cycle Reviews Zenhub board can be used to track a product/features journey though the Collaboration Cycle. This new board also allows Governance team to see where each product/feature is at to better predict the number of expected reviews at any one point in time.
