Bug: Spacing Issue between Icon/Text with Short Text

Steps to reproduce

Have a button with some short text and an icon:

Expected Behavior

There's a large gap between the text and the icon. This gap should be normalized between all button sizes, even if the text is smaller than the minimum size of the button.
