Allow users to drag a reference link onto an orb to add it as a reference for that statement.

Possible Issues:

what if the link being dropped isn't a reference
what if the orb dropped onto has multiple associated statements
how do we parse a reference from wikipedia to wikidata (can this be cross language compatible). maybe we can grab the wikitext of the page and search for the reference in the page based on its name
