[Feature Request] Fluid Distributer module

Describe the feature

It would be nice to be able to distribute to multiple targets with one module. Just like the Regular or energy distribution module. The ability to move more than 1000mb at a time would also be handy.

Reasons why it should be considered

We already have other distribution modules. This is just an extension on the work already done. In my case I'm trying to feed multiple Thermal Dynamics Phytogenic Insolator's with water. Right now I'm limited by the number of module slots in the router. That could be multiplied by 8 like the other distribution modules. Moving more than 1000mb per operation can lower the work load by cutting down on on the number of operations needed to fill any inventory. Think of it like a stack module for fluid.
