RMB holding simulation for Activator Module #224

Describe the feature

I suggest RMB hold capability for Activation Module.

Reasons why it should be considered

Some items need to hold RMB to work. For example, Soul Extractor from Forbidden&Arcanus.

Harder than it sounds, since RMB holding requires the item to be ticked every server tick. Routers don't tick every server tick (depending on speed upgrades, they tick every 2 - 20 server ticks).

Will have a think about it, maybe there's a way to get around this, maybe not.
