Thanks, I don't actually need cached authentication, just a curious observation. I think the main issue is that one shouldn't need to authenticate to bootstrap the desi environment. |

This is likely arising from trying to access the desimodel data files from svn. Our intension was that desimodel data are public for read-only, but perhaps that is only via a URL and not svn or something like that. Investigate and try to make an install path that doesn't require a desi password.
