this dark tile at dec=-21.2 has ~all of its bottom-part fibers flagged as LOWEFFTIME.
I ve marked it as "unsure" for now:

maybe it s just because the snr is lower at higher dec, but out of caution, I report here.

ps: one can see the one-amplifier LOWEFFTIME fibers in petal=1 mentioned here #274.
