Vlc3.x用流的方式播放音视频时，最后半秒没有播放 #291

现象：
1，找一个2s的音频
2，Stream的方式播放音频
=>只播放了1.5s的音频，最后半秒没有播放

临时解决方案：
播放之前，先停止一下

Vlc.DotNet 也有这个bug，上面的解决方法同样有效，有同学知道其他方法或者原理吗
