Setup all interface properties with a default mock

Suppose I have an interface with many properties that itself also return interfaces

public interface IMainInterface
{
    IInterface1 Property1 { get; }
    IInterface2 Property2 { get; }
    IInterface3 Property3 { get; }
    IInterface4 Property4 { get; }
    IInterface5 Property5 { get; }
    IInterface6 Property6 { get; }
    IInterface7 Property7 { get; }
}

How can I setup a mock that returns a default Mock.Of<IInterfaceX>() foreach property without having to setup each property individually?
If such setup does not exist, is there a way to write such a generic extension method myself?
