Hi,
I'm using the alpha 2.0 as only this version works for me.
The functionnality works as expected, but the shortcut is not working. Moreover, when I hover on the icon, there's no shortcut assigned to it. I checked in the options and the Ctrl+Shift+E mapping isn't taken by another command so it should work properly.

Same issue here sadly, just wasted many hours on it.

Button appears on toolbar but greyed out even if hovering brings up the shortcut. Keyboard mapping is there in Options but neither work.

Use it successfully at work (Win 10 / SSMS 18.2) but not working on a personal machine (Win 7 / SSMS 2014)

How did you get the icon appeared in the Menu bar?

Not had any problems with the latest version 2.0.3 created shortly after this post.

Icon appears automatically next to Undo/Redo icons.
