Add Git BASH navigation tips page

Some BASH instructions that aren't directly related to Git are starting to get repeated across multiple pages. We should break those out into a single BASH hints page.

Main ones so far are:

• checking your current working directory with pwd
• changing directories (to the repo one) with cd
