Cookies "view cookies" link doesn't go anywhere

Overview

Clicking "view cookies" on the cookies link does not take you to a cookies page as expected in run_example

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Run run_example()
2. Click on 'view cookies'
3. Page does not update

Expected behaviour

Expect to be taken to a cookies page defined by the user

Additional context

Think it just needs a link added to observeEvent(input$cookieLink,) to get it to point to the right place
