Multiple tikz figures are jumbled together and become unreadable. Seems to be an issue with wrap figures

Labels are missing their targets, and conversion fails abruptly.

I think latexml has a state bug in the internal tikz interpretation - your HTML screenshot has a lot more drawn than the expected PDF figure.

Likely some register was meant to be cleared but wasn't... Very good test case, thank you for the report!
