Adding support for SonarCloud report files would allow developers to publish analysis results from the entirety of the formats supported by the underlying analysis-model library without relying on server plugins to do the analysis and parse the report.

This would open up the possibility of tracking code quality for languages that have no upstream sonarqube analyzer, e.g., Rust.
