Adjust initial configuration state for copied/cloned courses

Our institution commonly clones or reuses courses as a template for future semesters. Stakeholders have assumed that their credential would automagically be reconfigured for the new term, which is not presently the case - those credentials are not configured and results in a UX mismatch for our instructors and designers.

Proposed solution

Determine the best path for adjusting the initial state for new credential modules + configuration, and provide a visual identifier if a credential is not configured.

The problem here is going to be that none of the LTI code gets executed on copy, so we have no way to react to it happening.
