Rename "KoblenzPass beantragen oder verlängern"

The button “KoblenzPass beantragen oder verlängern” is misleading in my opinion because I do not want to apply for the pass, but rather activate my pass: “KoblenzPass aktivieren oder verlängern”

Maybe "KoblenzPass erstellen oder verlängern" could also be fine, since we name it like that in the self service portal @dkehne @hauf-toni

KoblenzPass aktivieren oder verlängern seems better. So people that accendtly come to the service portal will not be angry because they think they can create a KoblenzPass there (although we CREATE it technically at that point).

Should be probably updated on this screen as well, but what do we want to use instead of "beantragen" here, if we already have another "aktivieren" below? And I think we need another description for these actions because they also won't be actual then...

Since "Koblenzpass beantragen" directs users to the page where they can fill out their application, I would recommend keeping it as it is. e.g. in Bavaria (leads to https://bayern.ehrenamtskarte.app/beantragen) @seluianova

@hauf-toni in Koblenz users don't fill the application, they fill out a form to create a card and receive a QR code as soon as they submit the form. that's why this renaming idea came up.
The link in Koblenz is "/erstellen"
