Functionality of checking the art and flavor image areas for close matches.

Currently the processor does process image snippets of the art and flavor areas of the cards.

Needed Functionality:

Whenever a match is close compare the art and flavor areas.

(Functionality will only apply to images coming from api calls)

Need to create a way to get image snippets from the remote images
Need to find a threshold for initiating this comparison
