It might be an idea to evaluate the security.txt if a domain is given and it is not found in the list...

Not a bad idea, but I reckon we should dig a bit deeper and come up with some use cases. Could you please elaborate this idea in the format of:
As a <user_type>, I would like diodb to <action_to_perform>
