Unfortunately apples servers only let you send the 1 type of purchase request, so there are no other ways to try. All I can suggest if try again, or if it’s a big list turn logging on and re-run the list of failed apps again until they all purchase.

Every app will have issues, and I suspect it's the same problem here.
