Include execution warnings into metadata and html results

The execution warnings might affect the results, let's make them more visible by storing them into metadata and displaying them in the html results. We can use similar approach as for the world environment.

We should also add a concept of soft-errors that would not interrupt the execution, but would be reported in results. An example of a failure would be pbench-copy-results failure.
