If it helps, we have a working GitHub Actions integration for PyPI: https://github.com/arcalot/arcaflow-plugin-sdk-python/blob/main/.github/workflows/build.yml

I'll push a few PRs, putting smallfile into shape. If we don't get it pushed to PyPi we can at least make it installable with pip.
