Certain speller packages are incorrectly listed as "Not Installed"

Some specific packages are listed as "Not Installed" even though they have been installed.

Note that all packages are spellers; keyboard layouts are unaffected. Restarting neither DM nor the computer helps.

Since these spellers are not known by DM to be installed, it's not possible to uninstall them via DM. It's only possible to repeatedly install them with no feedback that they are indeed installed.
