Idea to shorten tag scanning

In Advanced settings in the DUB registry, allow the maintainer to set a "Minimum Used Tag Major".

No tag is scanned below this.

Example

I'm the maintainer of the lol-d library.
No known users of lol-d use it below 7.x.y because the major version is now at v12. This is highly unlikely that someone relies on it.
I would set "Minimum Used Tag Major" to "7".
Or perhaps better, only the largest minor.patch versions are analyzed for v1 to v6
