There's been a change to how appsettings are processed and the point at which they're accessible. This will likely break some tests - if it does fix is to slightly tweak how webapplicationfactory is configured, see example in iiif-presentation: https://github.com/dlcs/iiif-presentation/blob/main/src/IIIFPresentation/Test.Helpers/Integration/PresentationAppFactory.cs#L78-L110
