When auto-marking patches as Accepted, don't stop on the first hit #188

When the git hook at upstream notices patches being pushed, PW is notified to change the patch status to Accepted. However, if the same patch has been posted several times, and so exists as several copies in PW, only one of them (the oldest?) gets marked as accepted.

It often happens that the oldest one is already marked Superseded, and latest one will remain as New.

Either mark all matching patches as Accepted, or the latest one.
