Display when a re-run request is in flight #209

Right now, nothing prevents two users to request a re-run on a series, which will likely lead to 2 runs being done instead of one.

I think when a re-run has been queued and no result has been published for it, we should display the date at which the re-run has been requested.

Thoughts?
