In order to start capturing and archiving "Alexandria History Record Datapoints", a user must select a previously announced "Historian" user to use for archiving. Currently this app finds "Historian" announcements by searching it's local sqlite3 database, which can be erased by a re-install. A full, proper implementation will require that it instead checks its own local wallet for any previous announcements of a "Historian" user.
