Request to Add "Ten Thousand" Support in ValueScaling

I hope you're doing well! First, thank you for your fantastic work on this project—it has been incredibly helpful.

I would like to request a small but impactful feature enhancement for the ValueScaling functionality. Currently, the enum supports the following value scales:

enum ValueScaling {
  precision = 'precision',
  thousands = 'thousands',
  millions = 'millions',
  billions = 'billions'
}

However, in certain regions (especially in China and other East Asian countries), the "ten thousand" scale is commonly used for formatting large numbers. For example: 10000 is displayed as 1

To better support users from these regions, I would like to request the addition of a new enum value (e.g., tenThousands) to support this format. This would allow users to format numbers more appropriately according to local conventions.
