This isn't really an issue but a thanks for making this mod. I had the same problem with my own heat pump controller and this solved that for me. Have you considered doing a pull request back into the official Modbus integration so that this can be incorporated into the official integration so that you don't then have to manually update your fork with any improvements and fixes that are added?
