Add support for call back to Satellite to complete the build process #4

The RHCOS nodes need to call back to the Red Hat Satellite server and let the server know that the build is complete. This functionality is available in RHCOS 4.6 following this guide:

Looking at that procedure, the only way this will work is with the live kernel, which I believe will be released in Openshift 4.6.

Will delay till then and test after Openshift 4.6 is released.
