King Movement (Without Castling or Check Logic)

Kings movement resembles the basis vectors of a Queen; that is, a King can only move one tile in any direction provided that the tile isn't occupied. For now, possible movements by this piece are not including separate logic that considers the possibility of inducing new checks (states where the king can be captured).
