What happened?

As an admin, when I go to use "Add Multiple Pages", if the page that I want to add pages to is disabled, it doesn't appear in the tree view / page picker.

Steps to reproduce?

  1. Add a page to the root level of the site. Make sure this page is not "Enabled" by toggling it off.
  2. Go to "Add Multiple Pages" and then try to find the Branch Parent.

You won't be able to see it because it doesn't appear if it's disabled.

Current Behavior

Under Add Multiple Pages, if the branch parent is disabled (via page settings), you can't see let alone select it when adding child pages. If you want to add child pages, you have to first "Enable" the page, add them, and then disable the page.

I often have top level parent pages that are not enabled because I use a click menu.

Expected Behavior

You should be able to find and select branch parent's regardless if they are enabled or not.
