Hi

I installed it at Domoticz. and i see is something is playing, On etc..
But i cannot see if im watching a livestream or a movie

I want a trigger if im wachting a movie , so my light can be switch automatically blue. And when im watching livestream the lights should not be controlled

@NiekN,

The plugin shows what Kodi reports so I don't think I can do what you are asking.

I know the Kodi mis-reports when I stream internet radio (thinks it is video for some reason)

If you turn debug on for the plugin, do some streaming, and post the log I can see.

If im correctly this software is the same as "Kodi Mediaserver Support" which is standard hardware in domoticz?

The status at the picture "VIDEO" can be read. But what exaclty is not a variable. it would be nice if i can read what exactly is played . If it starts with NL for example it is IPTV . and when it end with (2016) of (2017) or (2018) it is a movie..

bump

Just trying to get the same thing working. My scripts are triggering if Audio changes to Video or similar. I need them to also get triggered, when e.g. a song change happens. The Event is shown in Domoticz log but the scripts are not triggered. Any chance to get the event mapped to do the trigger?
