Bastion unable to update

Due to the way the firewall is configured right now, the bastion cannot be updated, e.g. apt-get update and similar commands will time out.

Will try to figure out and contribute a secure way around this if I find the time.

So to fix this you'd need to open up the firewall outbound rules on the bastion on 443 to allow for outbound HTTP traffic. I'll update this and submit the fix.
