As the screenshot shows, the program can not found QtWebEngine.exe
I will follow pyinstaller/pyinstaller#3233 to solve this issue.

Maybe the issue is caused by pyinstaller

pip install https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/archive/develop.zip

After I added the left bar, I am sure it works well with path in Chinese. (Windows)
