Support for the $TARGETARCH variable in docker build . command

Hello everyone!
Is it possible to use the $TARGETARCH variable in a normal docker build?
I mean with command docker build .
I have an image with $TARGETARCH variable used inside Dockerfile. That image build fine with docker compose build and buildx build . and doesn't build with the normal build command like docker build . Do I understand correctly that this variable is not available in a docker build .?

Ok, think I found answer on my question
