[Docker for windows] Add docker terminal font customization

It would be nice to change the Docker Terminal font on Windows so it can render properly custom shell prompt such as oh-my-posh.

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but the same issue / feature request applies to Docker Desktop on macOS.

I hope this is available soon. I am also using Oh-my-posh and the Docker Desktop for windows is not showing the correct nerd fonts in the embedded Terminal view.
