[Feature Request] Specify default country code with Phone Input field

Hello,

It would be nice if we could specify the default country code in the Phone input so that people signing the form don't have to specify it themselves. Even though I explained on field description to my signees that they need to enter the +1, they're not used to doing that and sometimes get confused.
