Re-factor the Dog Card Component to use Tailwind CSS #47

The tailwind classes used should where possible, relate to the tailwind config file (tailwind.config.ts at project root) - please try to use these classes, and only if absolutely necessary add to the file.
No need for CSS files, we should be able to use Tailwind for all of this.
