Deep press to add face at specific point

Two levels of 3D touch with actions:
Semi-deep press - a face appears under your finger, and tracks around with it as you drag around. If you let go after this point, the face disappears.
Full-deep press - this is confirmation of the previous step, and the animation should appear as though the face popped into place at that position. Letting go at this point does nothing.
